1. Exchanges

  • All items purchased are eligible for free exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • You may exchange your item for any other product in the store.
  • If the new item is of a higher value, the buyer is responsible for paying the price difference.

2. Change of Mind / Refunds

  • Requests for refunds due to a change of mind must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, as orders are processed immediately and shipping labels are purchased. After this period, refunds are not available.
  • After receiving a product, if you change your mind, you are only eligible for an exchange for another item or a refund in the form of store credit.
  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return (and refund in store credit), items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.

5. How to Initiate a Return

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed, it will automatically be returned to us. This process is handled by the shipping carrier and is unfortunately outside of our control, so return times may vary.

Once the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

If you choose to have the package reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed with the payment provider using order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking information, and delivery verification.

We reserve the right to block customers who abuse chargebacks or attempt to fraudulently dispute purchases.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags included. Proof of purchase and clear photos of the fault will be required before the return is approved. Please note that change of mind returns are only eligible within 30 minutes of purchase.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Contact us within this timeframe to start the return process. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes- We'll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are non-refundable from your refund amount.

What condition must items be in to eligible for return?

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Jewelry should not show signs of wear, scratching, or damage. If an item has been worn or damaged, we may not be able to process the return.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Absolutely! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Simply indicate your preferred size or colour when you contact us about your return. We'll send you the replacement item once we receive and inspect your original item.

How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear. Bank transfers typically appear within 1-3 business days.

What if my return arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll investigate and either send a replacement or process a refund. All returns are insured, so you're protected.

Can I return items purchased on sale or with a discount?

Yes, all items are eligible for return regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or on sale. You'll receive a refund for the amount you paid, not the original retail price.

What if I received a defective or damaged item?

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping. No return authorization needed for defective items.
