What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every jewelry item comes with a Vivienne Westwood-style mini dust bag, a jewelry box, and a paper bag.
When will I get my order?
For orders within Australia, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. International orders generally arrive within 7-15 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally (AU). We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders within Australia and $25 for international orders. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
